When a potential client reaches out, they typically provide some basic details about their business, the type of service they require and their creative vision. In response, I send my packages and pricing information sheet so that they can familiarise themselves with all the details.
To begin your project, let's schedule an onboarding meeting to discuss your business and project details. I then provide a project proposal, contract, T&Cs, dates and an invoice for a 25% deposit. Once confirmed and paid, your project will be booked, and started.
To create a successful visual direction for your business, I will identify key elements such as your values, target audience, vision, brand voice, and mission. A brand strategy questionnaire will be used to ensure alignment with your business values and appeal to the appropriate audience.
Once I’ve established the foundations, my crafting begins. I will present diverse design styles for your review, each with an explanation of the style choices. You can then choose the direction that appeals to you the most and request one round of revisions if necessary. An additional 25% is payable at this time.
I will create and present different design options with detailed explanations for each element. After reflecting on the concepts, you may provide feedback and revisions will be made as necessary. Additional add-ons will be designed after the standard package is completed. The final 50% will be invoiced.
Once all design elements are approved and payment has been processed. I will package and transfer all files to you, providing a wide range of formats. From here, you are ready to reveal your new assets to the world!
