- Payment: We require a deposit before starting any project. The deposit is non-refundable and will be used to cover the cost of materials and time spent on the project. The final payment is due upon completion of the project.
- Revisions: We offer a set number of revisions for each project. Additional revisions will be subject to an additional fee. Our aim is to ensure that our clients are completely satisfied with the final product.
- Confidentiality: We understand and respect the sensitive nature of our clients’ projects. We guarantee complete confidentiality with all projects and will not share any information with third parties without the client’s consent.
- Termination: Clients have the right to terminate a project at any time. However, any costs incurred up to the point of termination will be charged to the client.
