The project involved designing and developing Milly, a 3D mascot character to serve as Midvaal's digital ambassador. Milly was created to boost public knowledge of municipal services, encourage active resident participation on digital platforms, and make the municipality feel more open and approachable. The work spanned the full creative pipeline, from initial concept sketches and character design through to a fully rigged, animated 3D character ready for promotional use.
